s 146 Receiver of wrecks

146.—(1) The Authority has the general supervision throughout Singapore over all matters relating to wrecks and may appoint any person to be a receiver of wreck and to perform the duties of a receiver under this Part.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025] (2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
