s 170 Appeal in case of salvage disputes

170. Where a dispute relating to salvage has been determined by a District Court, any party aggrieved by the decision may appeal therefrom in accordance with the Rules of Court to the General Division of the High Court, but no such appeal is to be allowed unless the sum in dispute exceeds $2,000.[40/2019]
