s 84 Civil liability for smuggling

84. If a crew member employed on a ship is found in civil proceedings before a court in Singapore or elsewhere to have committed an act of smuggling, whether in Singapore or elsewhere, he or she is liable to make good any loss or expense that the act has caused to any other person.[6/2014]
