s 10 Establishment of limitation fund outside Singapore
10. Where the events resulting in the liability of any person under section 3 also resulted in a corresponding liability under the law of another Bunker Convention country, sections 8 and 9 apply as if —(a)
the references to sections 3 and 7 included references to the corresponding provisions of that law; and
(b)
the references to sums paid into Court included references to any sums secured under these provisions in respect of the liability.
