s 17 Committees and boards
17.—(1) The Council and the Senate may appoint such committees or boards as the Council and the Senate respectively may think fit. (2) Unless otherwise expressly provided in rules made under this Act, any committee or board may consist partly of persons who are not members of the Council or the Senate, as the case may be. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, the Council and the Senate may, with or without such restrictions or conditions as the Council and the Senate respectively may think fit, delegate any of their powers and duties to any committee or board.[5/2018]
