s 2 Interpretation
2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Council; “Council” means the Council of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5; “Ngee Ann Kongsi” means the Ngee Ann Kongsi incorporated under the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance 1933; “Polytechnic” means the Ngee Ann Polytechnic incorporated under section 3; “Principal” means the Principal of the Polytechnic, and includes any individual acting in that capacity; “Registrar” means the Registrar of the Polytechnic appointed under section 13(1); “Senate” means the Senate of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5.[5/2018]
