s 25 Construction of contracts, gifts, etc.

25. On and after 16 April 1982, any reference to the Ngee Ann Technical College contained in any contract, agreement, bequest, will, trust or other instrument has effect as if it were a reference to the Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
