s 15 Delegation of powers

15.—(1) The Agency may in respect of a specified matter or class of matters, by writing, delegate to any member, officer or committee of the Agency any of its powers under this Act or under any other written law.[5/2018] (2) Every member, officer or committee purporting to act pursuant to a delegation under this section is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, presumed to be acting in accordance with the terms of the delegation.
