s 5 Constitution of Board

5.—(1) The Board consists of —(a) a Chairperson; (b) a Deputy Chairperson; and (c) not less than 10 and not more than 25 other members as the Minister may determine. (2) The Schedule applies with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
