s 5 Constitution of Board

5.—(1) The Board consists of —(a) a Chairperson; (b) a Deputy Chairperson; and (c) not less than 10 but not more than 20 other members as the Minister may determine. (2) The Schedule has effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
