Newspaper and Printing Presses Act 1974 s 39

s 39 Persons to act for company or firm

39.—(1) For any of the purposes of this Act, a company may act by a director or its secretary, and a firm may act by any of its members.[S 26/2022 wef 13/01/2022] (2) In this section, “company” includes a variable capital company incorporated under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018.[S 26/2022 wef 13/01/2022]
