s 4 Register of printing presses

4. The Registrar must keep a register of printing presses, in which he or she must enter any particulars prescribed relating to —(a) persons licensed under section 3 and to printing presses; or (b) any document or class of documents exempted under section 44 from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
