s 13 Cancellation of registration
13. —(1) Where a person has been registered under this Act and the Minister is satisfied that the registration — ( a ) was obtained by means of fraud, false representation or the concealment of any material fact; or ( b ) was effected by mistake, the Minister may by order require the Commissioner to cancel the registration of that person. [32/2016] (2) Any person whose registration is cancelled under this section must forthwith surrender his or her identity card to the Commissioner.
