National Registry of Diseases Act 2007 s 5

s 5 Registers

5.—(1) The Registrar must keep and maintain for each reportable disease a register containing individually-identifiable information of each person who is diagnosed with and treated for that disease in Singapore. (2) The registers kept and maintained under subsection (1) must not be open for inspection by the public.
