s 12 Appointment of Registrar

12.—(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Minister must appoint a member to be the Registrar of the Board. (2) The Minister may appoint any person to act as Registrar during the absence from Singapore or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
