s 37 Possessing false Singapore passports, etc.
37. —(1) If — ( a ) a person has possession or control of a false Singapore passport or a false Singapore travel document; and ( b ) the person knows or ought reasonably to have known that the document is a false Singapore passport or a false Singapore travel document, the person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or to both.
