s 6 Application for Singapore passport

6. An application for a Singapore passport must — ( a ) be made to the Controller in the approved form; ( b ) be accompanied by the applicant’s prescribed particulars (which may include personal identifiers), and such other particulars, information and documents as may be specified by the Controller in any particular case; and ( c ) be accompanied by the fee prescribed (if any).
