s 61 Saving and transitional provisions
61. —(1) Every person who, immediately before 1 December 2007, is an authorised officer under the repealed Act continues in such appointments as if he or she is an authorised officer under this Act, and his or her appointment expires on the day his or her appointment would have expired if this Act had not been enacted. (2) Any subsidiary legislation made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before 1 December 2007, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continues in force as if made under this Act until it is revoked or repealed.
