s 14 Directors and managers to be approved by Registrar
14.—(1) A person cannot be appointed or act as a director or a manager of a licensee without the Registrar’s approval.
(2) Where a person contravenes subsection (1), the person and the licensee shall each be guilty of an offence.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Registrar may —(a)
approve a person to be appointed or to act as a director or a manager of the licensee; or
(b)
subject to section 16, withdraw any such approval.
