s 19 Licensee to comply with statutory duties

19.—(1) A licensee must comply with its statutory duties in sections 20 to 29. (2) A licensee that fails to comply with any of its statutory duties in sections 20 to 29 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
