s 28 Licensee to inform Registrar if substantial shareholder, etc., becomes disqualified person
28. A licensee must, within 7 days after it becomes aware or has reason to believe that any of the following persons is or has become a disqualified person, inform the Registrar in writing of the fact:(a)
a substantial shareholder of the licensee;
(b)
a director of the licensee;
(c)
a manager of the licensee.
