s 59 Pawnbroker’s obligations when goods redeemed

59.—(1) When a pledge is redeemed, a pawnbroker must —(a) issue a receipt to the person redeeming the goods; and (b) cancel the pawn ticket. (2) The receipt must be in the form that the Registrar may specify.
