s 7 Disclosure of interest
7.—(1) Division 1 of Part 4 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 applies as if —(a)
a reference in that Division to a member of a public body includes a reference to a member of the Board; and
(b)
a reference in that Division to a meeting of a public body includes a reference to a meeting of the Board.[5/2018]
(2) Subsection (1) also applies to any member of a committee appointed in accordance with section 9(b) when the member is present at a meeting of any committee.
