s 19 Powers of investigation authorised by Public Prosecutor

19. The Public Prosecutor may by order authorise the Director or a special investigator to exercise, in the case of any offence under any written law, all or any of the powers in relation to police investigations given by the Criminal Procedure Code 2010.
