s 47 Observer
47.—(1) The Board must appoint a member of the Investigation Panel who is an allied professional or a layperson as an observer of the proceedings of a Disciplinary Committee, except that the person appointed must not have assisted the Registrar in reviewing any complaint or information under section 41(4)(b) or been a member of the Investigation Committee which had inquired into the same matter.[27/2005]
(2) The observer must not vote on any question or matter to be decided by the Disciplinary Committee and need not be present at every meeting of the Disciplinary Committee.[31D
