s 5 Committee for Private Education

5. Without affecting section 28 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026, the Agency may appoint a committee, to be known as the Committee for Private Education, to which the Agency may delegate the exercise of any of its powers under this Act.[24/2016] [Act 17 of 2026 wef 01/07/2026]
