s 105 Liability of Government for acts committed by auxiliary police officer
105. —(1) Any act done or omitted to be done by any auxiliary police officer employed by any statutory body, company or other organisation is deemed to be an act done or omitted to be done in the course of his or her employment with such statutory body, company or other organisation, as the case may be. (2) The Government shall not be liable for any act done or omitted to be done by any auxiliary police officer who is not employed by the Government. —(1) Any act done or omitted to be done by any auxiliary police officer employed by any statutory body, company or other organisation is deemed to be an act done or omitted to be done in the course of his or her employment with such statutory body, company or other organisation, as the case may be. (2) The Government shall not be liable for any act done or omitted to be done by any auxiliary police officer who is not employed by the Government.
