s 114 Persons not to be disciplined for offence already disposed of
114. Where a person subject to this Act — ( a ) has been tried for a service offence by a court; or ( b ) has had a service offence committed by him or her taken into consideration by the court in sentencing him or her, the person shall not be liable in respect of that offence to be dealt with and punished by a disciplinary officer under this Act.
