s 37 Threatening or insulting another officer of senior or equal rank
37. A police officer who threatens or insults another police officer of senior or equal rank when — ( a ) such other officer is on duty; or ( b ) such threat or insult relates to or is consequent on the discharge of duty by the officer so threatened or insulted, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
