s 9 Community order

9. A court has, upon the conviction of any person for any offence under section 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10, the power to make a community order under Part 17 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 despite any provision to the contrary in section 337(1)(h) of that Code.[17/2019]
