s 23 Interpretation of this Part

23. In this Part —“National Heritage Board” means the National Heritage Board established under the National Heritage Board Act 1993; “Preservation of Monuments Board” means the Preservation of Monuments Board established under the repealed Preservation of Monuments Act (Cap. 239, 1985 Revised Edition) in force immediately before 1 July 2009.
