s 39 Obstruction of police officers under section 29 or 38 or Commissioner under section 30(11)

39. Any person who wilfully obstructs —(a) any police officer in the exercise of any power conferred by or under section 29(3) or 38(2); or (b) the Commissioner in the exercise of the power conferred by or under section 30(11), shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
