s 24 Amendment of appropriate register
24. The Registrar must —(a) insert in the appropriate register any alteration which may come to the Registrar’s knowledge to any particulars or qualifications of any person registered under this Act; (b) correct any error in any entry in the appropriate register; and (c) remove from the appropriate register the name of any person —(i) whose name is ordered to be removed under any provision of this Act; (ii) who is deceased; (iii) who has not renewed his or her practising certificate for a continuous period of at least 5 years; or (iv) who has requested and shown sufficient reason for his or her name to be removed from that appropriate register, unless an inquiry has or proceedings have commenced under Part 6 against that person.
