s 50 Health Committee

50.—(1) There is to be a committee called the Health Committee comprising at least 3 members of the Council to be appointed by the Council which must inquire into any case referred to it under this Act. (2) A member of the Health Committee must be appointed for a period of 2 years and is eligible for re-appointment.
