s 70 Exemption in respect of pharmacy training
70. Nothing in this Act prevents the doing of any act within the practice of pharmacy by any person if the act is carried out —(a)
in the course of the person’s training;
(b)
under the supervision of a pharmacist registered under section 16(1); and
(c)
in an establishment approved by the Council for the purpose of section 16(1)(b) or 17(3)(a).
