s 22 Application

22. Unless otherwise expressly provided, this Division applies only to premises on which any building works are or are to be carried out —(a) the building plans of which require the approval of the Commissioner of Building Control under the Building Control Act 1989; and (b) in respect of which planning permission is granted on or after 1 August 2005.
