s 38 Board in executing works to provide convenient ways, etc.

38.—(1) The Board in executing any works directed or authorised to be made must provide and make a sufficient number of convenient ways, watercourses, drains and channels in the place of such as are interrupted, damaged or rendered useless by reason of the execution of the works. (2) The Board must make reasonable compensation to any person who suffers damage by reason of the same.
