s 43 Suspension of approval

43.—(1) The Board may suspend any approval given under section 41 for such period as it considers reasonable if it is of the opinion that the suspension is in the public interest or in the interests of public safety. (2) The Board shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any person by such suspension.
