s 5 Constitution of Board

5.—(1) The Board consists of the following members:(a) a Chairperson; (b) such other members, not being less than 5 or more than 13, as the Minister may determine.[Act 31 of 2022 wef 01/11/2022] (2) The First Schedule has effect as respects the Board, its members and proceedings.
