s 51 Penalty for obstructing Board in its duty
51. Any person who —(a)
hinders or obstructs the Board, any employee, agent or contractor of the Board, any authorised officer or other person authorised by the Board in the performance or execution of its, his or her duty, or of anything which it, he or she is empowered or required to do, under this Act; or
(b)
interferes with any work authorised to be done under this Act,
shall be guilty of an offence.
