s 44 Person convicted of corrupt practice, etc., not to be appointed election agent

44. A person must not be appointed an election agent if the person is an undischarged bankrupt or has, within 7 years prior to such appointment, been convicted of any corrupt practice under this Act or the Parliamentary Elections Act 1954.[Act 9 of 2023 wef 01/06/2023]
