Presidential Elections Act 1991 s 81B

s 81B Presentation to Parliament, etc.

81B.—(1) All regulations made under this Act must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette. (2) Where a writ of election has been issued under section 6 for an election, no regulations may be made under this Act until after the day of nomination or, if a poll is to be taken, until after polling day of that election.[Act 9 of 2023 wef 01/06/2023]
