s 8J Decision to be final; certificate to be conclusive

8J.—(1) The decisions (however named) of the Community Committee and its Sub‑Committees in relation to a community declaration are final and are not subject to appeal or review in any court.[6/2017] (2) A community certificate is conclusive of the matters it certifies and is not subject to appeal or review in any court.[6/2017]
