s 39 Correction of clerical error in record in register

39. —(1) The Registrar‑General may correct any clerical error in any record in a register that the Registrar‑General discovers or is informed of. (2) A person informing the Registrar‑General of any clerical error in any record in a register must do so in the form and manner that the Registrar‑General requires.
