s 14 Withdrawal of application

14.—(1) An applicant may withdraw his or her application for registration of a design by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Registrar in the prescribed manner before the date on which preparations for publication under section 18 have been completed, as determined by the Registrar. (2) Where a notice of withdrawal is filed in accordance with subsection (1), the application is to be treated as withdrawn, and such withdrawal is irrevocable.
