Registered Designs Act 2000 s 68O

s 68O Retention of control of seized goods

68O. Despite section 68L, in a case in which no order has been made under section 68N(3) in relation to the seized goods, the Director-General is not obliged to release or dispose of the goods if the Government is required or permitted, under any other law, to retain control of the goods.[Act 34 of 2018 wef 21/11/2022]
