s 77 Transitional provisions

77.—(1) The provisions of the Schedule have effect with respect to transitional matters despite the provisions of this Act. (2) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the provisions of the Schedule. (3) For a period of 2 years after 21 November 2021, the Minister may, by rules, prescribe such transitional provisions in relation to the Copyright Act 2021 as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.[22/2021] [S 759/2022]
