s 12 Power to confer diplomas, etc.
12. The Polytechnic has power —(a)
to award diplomas, certificates and any other academic distinctions specified in regulations made under the Constitution; and
(b)
to provide access to such educational activities and programmes for persons who are not registered students as the Polytechnic may determine, and to award diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions to those persons.
