s 16 Maintenance of records, etc.
16.—(1) Every licensee, and every person who has been granted any approval by the Director‑General under this Act, must —(a) keep and maintain such records in such form and manner, and containing such information, as may be prescribed; and (b) prepare and give to the Director‑General such periodic reports and such special reports relating to the activity licensed or approved as may be prescribed or as the Director‑General may direct. (2) Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.[15
