s 34 Threats to commit offence under section 32 or 33

34. Any person who threatens to —(a) use nuclear material to cause substantial damage to the environment; or (b) commit an offence under section 33, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years. [26DC [20/2014]
